While I tend to be a night owl, I really wish I was an early bird. I could utilize my late night habits for being productive, but I feel like at night it's time to relax. I tend to push relaxing too far and for too long until I've gone to bed way too late and thus wake way too late to have done anything productive.
So, starting tonight, I will be sticking to a bedtime 6x a week (Saturday nights off). If I go to bed by 11pm, and rise by 7am, I get 8 hours of sleep, and wake up with plenty of time to get ready for whatever the day dishes out. This isn't too bad.
There are many benefits to doing this, but most importantly, I feel like I need a little more structure in my day-to-day. This is a simple one to focus on for now.
I'll call it "7/11", wake at 7, bed by 11 :)
